About me
Sharon, is the Head of Programs at Australian Disability Network, a prominent peak body in Australia, dedicated to advancing the inclusion of people with disability in private, public and not-for-profit business. With a strategic commitment to collaboration, Sharon leads various initiatives, including the Directing Change Scholarship program, the Positive Action towards Career Engagement (PACE) Mentoring program, and the Stepping Into Internships program.
Bringing a robust background in program coordination and a history of working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, Sharon is deeply engaged in the disability space. Her focus is on leveraging her skills to make a tangible, positive impact on the lives of people with disability. Sharon firmly believes in equal opportunities for everyone and is resolute in contributing to the creation of a society that values and supports inclusion.
Beyond her work, Sharon finds joy in exploring new places, savouring the aroma of a freshly brewed coffee, getting lost in a good book, doodling away and expressing her creativity in some amateur weaving pursuits.
