About

Evelyne Faye, an award-winning director, author, and keynote speaker from France and based in Vienna, was deeply inspired by the birth of her daughter, Emma Lou, in 2012, who has Down syndrome. This life-changing event led her to focus her efforts on promoting inclusion and celebrating diversity.

Her publications emphasize the beauty and strength of diversity. In 2023, Evelyne's documentary, "The Way You Shine," provided a platform for self-advocates to share their experiences and perspectives, earning the Franz Grabner Award and recognition at various international festivals.

As a speaker, Evelyne continues to foster discussions on inclusion, guided by the belief that "Each person should be considered as a universe with an infinity of possibilities."
