About me
Susan founded the first business disability network, now BDF UK and Business Disability International, and is Strategic Advisor to the ILO Global Business & Disability Network – which recently launched their new business Self-Assessment, acknowledging her contribution as Strategist and Content Architect.
In 2003 Susan coined the concept and terminology of ‘Disability Confidence’ now heard worldwide – enabling business to position disability equality as an ethical and economic imperative.
She now advises the Government of Canada’s Disability Inclusion Business Council, Valuable 500, Purple Space & its #Positively Purple movement and The Zero Project.
