Neil Milliken

Neil is Vice President & Global Head of Accessibility & Digital Inclusion at Atos His role is to help organisations move from disability confidence to disability competence; setting strategy and providing governance at group level, simultaneously delivering change programmes that resulting better technology for customers and staff, embedding inclusive practice into the processes of organisations with thousands of employees and turnovers of billions.  He firmly believes that accessibility and disability inclusion is a business topic and created the ESG aligned framework that Atos deploy for their accessibility program.

Neil is part of the Global Leadership Council for the IAAP (International Association of Accessibility Professionals).

He is the Atos representative on the Business Disability Forum Technology Task Force 

Neil has served as an invited expert for the W3C Cognitive Accessibility Taskforce & member of the Atos Research Community & Atos Distinguished Expert .

He is co-founder of AXSChat a Social Media Community & Podcast with a focus on Accessibility & Inclusion.

Neil is a member of the Board of Directors for World Institute on Disability, Board Chair at Genius Within member of the advisory board of the Valuable500 & former Chair of the Diversity Board for Institute of Coding.

Neil was named in the top ten of the Shaw Trust Disability Power 100 list in 2018 and featured again in 2023 in the Digital and Tech Category. In 2019 he was named D&I practitioner of the year in the Disability Smart Awards.

Neil is dyslexic and has ADHD, he advocates for people with neurodivergent conditions as well as other disabilities and additional needs.
