Inclusive Employment: We work with companies to ensure they are well-prepared to welcome individuals with disabilities as future employees. 3. Power of Encounters: We believe in the transformative power of personal encounters, breaking down boundaries and fostering connections between people. 4. Individual Centrality: Each person is regarded as unique, with their own interests, preferences, conditions, and life history. 5. Services for Disabled Individuals:  Youth House: A community facility specifically designed to cater to the needs and interests of young people with challenging life situations. It serves as a safe and inclusive environment where young adults can gather, socialize, and engage in various activities. The concept of a youth house aims to provide a supportive and empowering space that fosters personal development, creativity, and community building. Key features: 1. Safe Haven: Acting as a safe haven for young individuals, the youth house offers a secure environment where they can express themselves freely without judgment. 2. Community Engagement: It serves as hubs for community engagement, bringing together young people from diverse backgrounds to connect and collaborate. 3. Recreational Activities: We offer recreational facilities and activities such as sports, arts and crafts, table games, and other forms of entertainment. 4. Educational Programs: We host educational programs, workshops, and training sessions to support the educational and personal development of young individuals. 5. Counselling and Support Services: We provide counselling and support services to address the unique challenges and concerns faced by young people, including mental health support and employment. 6. Peer Support Networks: Creating opportunities for the formation of peer support networks, fostering a sense of belonging and friendship among young individuals. 7. Biography: Zsiday-Galgóczy, Krisztina (1976)

Krisztina is a multifaceted adult and youth educator, communication expert, trainer, counselor, integral expression and movement group leader, and a self-directed artist. Her diverse career spans over almos three decades, marked by a passion for non-formal education, media, and empowering individuals through communication and self-development programs.

In 2004, Krisztina embarked on her journey in the European non-formal education sector, leaving an indelible mark through her dedication and expertise. Armed with a Master's degree, she possesses over ten years of practical experience in the media industry. Krisztina's early career saw her as a journalist and editor in both print and online media, with notable contributions to radio and television stations. Her role as a PR manager at both for-profit and public institutions provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the media landscape.

Eager to make a more profound impact, Krisztina transitioned from mainstream media to focus on supporting youth and professionals from various sectors. She specializes in designing and implementing long and short-term self-development programs. Her commitment extends to working with marginalized and vulnerable populations, using the transformative power of expression and art as tools for empowerment and healing.

Krisztina's approach to education goes beyond traditional methods, as she incorporates integral expression and movement into her teaching. This holistic approach reflects her belief in addressing the mind, body, and spirit for comprehensive personal growth.

With a career marked by versatility, compassion, and a commitment to empowering individuals, Krisztina continues to inspire and make a positive impact in the realms of non-formal education of youth with various challenges.
