About me

Natália Simonete has been a cultural project manager since 2009, having worked with non-profit organizations and cultural production companies, including her own company, Estufa de Ideias, which she has been operating since 2015.

At Estufa de Ideias, services have been provided for the development and management of over forty cultural projects sponsored by major organizations, in addition to the execution of her own projects.

Since 2020, Natália has been conducting courses and workshops on project development and management for universities and art schools.

Between 2010 and 2013, she served as the coordinator of cultural projects for the NGO Escola de Gente - Comunicação em Inclusão, responsible for executing cultural projects with accessibility for people with disabilities in fifteen Brazilian states. Among her key accomplishments in that role is the conceptualization, fundraising, and coordination of the project "I Accessible Theater Exhibition" (2012), which provided free accessible theater performances for the population of Rio de Janeiro.

Currently, Natália holds the position of coordinator for the projects ETA Festival! and IV Mostra de Teatro Acessível, both of which promote accessibility in theater throughout Brazil. These projects are organized by the non-profit organization Escola de Gente - Communication in Inclusion.
