About me

Pedagogue, with training in Special Education – Specialization in Intellectual Disability, with a Postgraduate degree in Assistive Technology and a Master's degree in Educational Psychology. She is one of the founders and Coordinators of Mais Diferenças, OSCIP which develops Inclusive Education and Culture projects. She has been advising and developing Inclusive Education and Culture projects for over 35 years. She participates in several networks in defense of the rights of people with disabilities, education and culture. She coordinates the Inclusive Education Laboratory.

Mais Diferenças, an NGO located in Sao Paulo, Brazil, is dedicated to supporting inclusive education and culture by sharing expertise and innovation. It has developed an educational methodology called Inclusive Education Laboratory, tailored for educators in public schools within the city of São Paulo. The Laboratory consists in a 20-hour course on how art can contribute to the creation and development of inclusive and diverse pedagogical practices, curricula, and activities for classes with students with and without disabilities. Between 2019 and 2023, 5 editions of the Laboratory have trained appx. educators in 233 schools of Sao Paulo.
