Five years ago, I made a transition to Youth4Jobs, leveraging my expertise in disability knowledge. I played a pivotal role in managing the flagship program, WISE, which focuses on empowering less educated youth. Presently, I lead various programs at Youth4Jobs, with a special focus on Swarajability, an exclusive accessible job portal aimed at facilitating job opportunities for persons with disabilities.
