Halabja Disability Organization(HDO)

Halabja Disabled Organization (HDO) is locally based, non-governmental and non-profit organization founded in Kurdistan Region of Iraq in 2013 in response to the pervasive injustices, discrimination, and lack of support experienced by people with disabilities and vulnerable populations. HDO is dedicated to working closely with people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups, actively addressing their essential needs, enhancing their living conditions, and advocating for the respect of their dignity and fundamental rights. HDO places a strong emphasis on promoting diversity and inclusion in its initiatives
