Siân Tesni is CBM International’s CBID Global Advisor for Inclusive Education. A qualified teacher of learners who are deaf or hard of hearing. Since 1991, she has been involved in development work related to inclusive education and ear and hearing care in low-middle-income-countries. Her work includes experience in developing policies, guidelines, advocacy, capacity development and service provision related to inclusive education. She has contributed to many publications and regularly gives presentations and webinars related to inclusive education. Until recently, Siân has been co-coordinator of the International Disability and Development Inclusive Education Task Group and a member of the Global Action on Disability Inclusive Education Working Group.
