Main responsibilities
To the board of directors:
Executes the decisions made by the Board of Directors;
He is responsible for the narrative and financial reports of the organization and presents them to the Board of Directors and the lessor,
Informs the president of the programming, the progress of activities, the results achieved and the financial situation;
Proposes directions to the Board of Directors;
Is the organization's representative to other institutions, organizations and services…………..
With regard to the executive structure:
Develop the annual operating plan and budget in consultation with the head of the financial, accounting and cash department;
Program, coordinate and monitor the daily activities of ADED - asbl;
Sign all correspondence binding the structure;
Approve expenses and order cash outflows;
Exercise disciplinary power over the entire executive of ADED – asbl. To this end, it evaluates and sanctions in accordance with the statutes and the Staff Regulations;
remain responsible for movable and immovable property;
Chair meetings of all staff and each staff
Execute orders and any other positive tasks requested by the hierarchy (the president of the Board of Directors)
Towards partners:
Maintain and maintain good collaborative relationships with local and international partners: NGOs, INGOs, ILDs, Committee of
Child protection and development (CPDE);
Strengthen ADED’s position by seeking a worthy, reliable, honorable and effective partnership;
Respect and enforce collaboration clauses with partners by guaranteeing transparency; their faithful and correct application;
Is the spokesperson for ADED with state institutions, national and international NGOs and other organizations and associations.
