About me

With over 30 years in the disability field and 26 years in NGO management, I've led a prominent disability NGO, championing the rights of people with disabilities in Armenia. Managing 62 projects, I've focused on creating equal opportunities and access to education and workforce for children and youth with disabilities.

My organizational skills include a human rights-based approach and expertise in strategic thinking, planning, and project management.

I'm recognized for my contributions, receiving international awards for Innovative Practices in Early Childhood Development, Employment, and Inclusive Education. Nationally, I've been honored with the State Award for Social Activities and the Highest Medal for promoting disability rights.

My commitment to inclusive practices and policy changes has made a lasting impact, reflecting my dedication to building a more equitable society for individuals with disabilities.
