Her dedication to inclusive education for children with disabilities led her to create Reach & Match, a pioneering educational tool that promotes inclusion and is endorsed by the Australian Government DFAT. It currently aids tens of thousands globally. Through collaborations with esteemed organizations like UNICEF and World Vision, Mandy's devotion to design and inclusivity continues to revolutionize education on a global scale.

The Reach & Match Inclusive Education Program is a pioneering initiative that comprehensively addresses the worldwide challenge of effectively integrating students with vision impairment and multiple disabilities in inclusive educational environments.
Founded on the principles of Universal Design for Learning, this program is distinct in its delivery of multi-sensory learning experiences tailored to developmental milestones. It is especially adept at meeting the unique needs of preschoolers, aligning seamlessly with the Early Learning Years Framework. In its commitment to enhancing accessibility, the program offers specialized teaching model specifically crafted for children with vision impairment, ensuring both curriculum accessibility and effectiveness.
