About me

Hello

I am Elif Cansu Gayretli. I graduated from Sabancı University, Department of Economics in 2016.

I have been taking an active role in civil society since 2015 with the desire to be a part and provider of the change I want to see in the world. With the Campus of Colours program, which I attended as a university student, I believed that differences are our richness and thanks to empowerment I gain throughout the program I started to take responsibility in this direction.

I am currently taking the role of president of the Steps that Change Association, which was established in September 2018. Our aim is to create an innovative, developing and united living culture where diversity is accepted.

In addition to my active volunteering, I continue my corporate career as Pricing and Revenue Manager at Vodafone.

I am happy that I had the opportunity to change and improve myself together with people I met thanks to the Campus of Colours and Steps that Change Association.

I believe that if we do our best, better today’s for everyone could be a reality.
