I am a Systems Engineer by profession and, in addition, I have the honor of being the father of an incredible son with Asperger's syndrome, who was, and is, the inspiration to start this journey.
My career has focused on the exciting intersection between technology and humanity. As CEO and founding partner of the “Fundacion Biosbot Robotica", we have created a space where we explore the transformative potential of robotics to improve people's lives. Through the Foundation, we seek not only to advance the technology, but also to understand how it can be a powerful tool for inclusion.
My dedication is not just limited to the professional realm. As a coach of Lego Robotics, robot mechanics and our robotics teams "TEAM BIOSBOT", I have had the privilege to inspire young minds to explore the exciting world of engineering, creativity, scientific research and above all to improve the social conditions of many children diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, Autism or who have been victims of bullying.
In this journey, we have learned that true innovation lies not only in technological advancement, but in how that innovation can open doors and build bridges to a more inclusive future.
Sharing my expertise at the intersection of technology and education, with a special focus on inclusion is my passion. I firmly believe that by merging these elements, we can pave the way towards a future where every individual, independent of their abilities and quirks, can contribute and thrive.
In addition to my professional roles, I am a passionate advocate for Asperger Syndrome awareness and neurodiversity in general. This personal experience has enriched my perspective and motivated me to work towards creating more inclusive, understanding and tolerant communities, with the ability to continuously create and innovate, this makes young people, especially those with particular characteristics, passionate about these issues. Robotics and Lego are not just pieces and gears; they are inexhaustible sources of motivation, inspiring kids to embrace the idea that there is always something new to discover. Each Lego piece is an opportunity to build not only robots, but also creative and curious minds, an opportunity to "Build" better humans. The ultimate goal is: social inclusion through robotics.
